Returns

At OnTrackGear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. Should you for any reason be unhappy with one of our products, you can return the unused product within 14 days for a full refund. Please use the following instructions to return your purchased item.

1. Send us an email at info@ontrackgear.com to get your RMA number. Items shipped without an RMA number will be denied and returned to you.
2. Once we receive your return notification, we will send you an email with attached an RMA label. Please print the RMA label and tape it on top of the shipping package. Please ship the return package to the address indicated on the RMA label.
3. You can select the carrier of your choice, but we kindly ask you to send us the tracking number. We do not cover the shipping cost of the return.
4. Once we receive the package and ensure that the item is in new condition with all tags and original packaging intact, we will refund the cost back to the same credit card used to purchase the item.
